In 1988 Peter Rogers purchased the Real Estate business where he had worked for five years and changed the name to Peter Rogers Real Estate. He started off with his wife Shelley and hired a sales person Kevin Keogh, who is still currently employed as a sales agent in the office.

Michael & Stacey introduced a Commercial & Industrial Department to the office. In the last four years we have become one of the leading agents in this area of real estate in Bathurst. This department is controlled by Steve Ellery who has built an amazing reputation in a short time.
The Property Management department has continued to grow and is now one of the biggest and most efficient property management departments in the Central West. We currently employ Janelle Manders as our Property Manager & our Senior Property Officer is Nicky Mackey. Between Janelle and Nicky they provide wonderful customer service and have excellent knowledge of the Property Management department of our office. The team have three Property Officer's, Ruth Fayle, Scott Kinsela, Carla Press & two property assistants in Emma Hill and Sharon England .
